Free delivery in Europe.
Shipments may only apply to the territories and countries listed on our site. For requests for purchase and shipping from countries not included among those displayed at the time of purchase, please contact the Customer Service through the appropriate FORM to Request Information.
Shipments to countries that are not part of the European Community are subject to customs duties, import taxes and local taxes based on the laws in force in the country of residence. Customers who reside in countries that are not part of the European Community are exempt from VAT.
Countries that are part of the European Community: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herz., Bulgaria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (with P. di Monaco – excluding Corsica), Germany, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Rep., Latvia – Lithuania , Luxembourg, Montenegro, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal – Balearic Islands, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Hungary.
Shipping times and costs
Once the payment has been approved and the items are available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible.
Italy FREE SHIPPING: delivery is expected within 24-48 hours from shipment.
Europe FREE SHIPPING: delivery is expected within three working days.
Shipments made by www.wow.boutique are insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the purchaser.
www.wow.boutique will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer when ordering.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following schedule: 9.00-17.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following working day.
All shipments are accompanied by a waybill and invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euro.
At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an information e-mail stating the identification number of the shipment, which can be monitored on the DHL website or other couriers according to the order.
The customer can track the status of his parcel on the courier’s website.
Authorized Parcel Delivery
After receiving the goods, the customer is asked to carefully check the parcel before submitting the proof of delivery.
If for any reason the packaging is breached or if the adhesive tape is breached, the customer will be asked to confirm the receipt with a reserve or return the parcel. In the event that the delivery has been accepted from an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the packaging, the customer is asked to contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
