The owner of an online store www.wow.boutique com is WOW Sp. z o.o. company registered in Poland under National Company Register No (KRS) 0000613198, VAT No PL5223061030 and registered address ul. Osmańczyka 16a/15, 01-494 Warszawa, Polska.
1 The major activities of the online store www.wow.boutique is the retail sale of high quality Made in Italy products of total look: clothing, shoes and accessories.
2 Prices indicated on the store website for offered products are gross prices and include 23% VAT. The prices include also delivery costs.
II Ordering procedure
1 In the online store www.wow.boutique you can place orders 24 hours a day.
2 The customer completes the order by browsing the products in the store and selecting the “Add to cart” option on the product page. When ready to place an order, please use the “Checkout” link on the Cart page.
3 Throughout the duration of the shopping, the customer has the option of viewing and editing the contents of his shopping cart (adding and removing products and changing the amount of a given product in the basket).
4 In the Basket (order summary) there are products selected by the Customer and information on the total value of the order. Using the “Checkout” button, the Customer indicates:
address to which the previously indicated products are to be delivered
Performing the above activities means placing an order in the shop and entering into a purchase and sale contract for the products covered by the order. A message containing a summary of the order and confirming the acceptance of the order for processing will be sent to the e-mail address of the Customer.
III Execution of the contract
1 By clicking the “Place an order” icon, the customer accepts the offer according to its description and price and agrees to the transaction in the manner specified in the Regulations.
2 The store’s service makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photos of the products placed in the store are in line with reality.
3 The execution of all orders is carried out carefully, accurately and at the time of completion specified at the product. Orders will be accepted for processing immediately after placing an order by the Customer, however not later than 3 working days after placing the order.
4 The Seller together with the goods sends a document confirming the purchase – a tax receipt or a VAT invoice in accordance with the data provided in the purchase form.
5 In the event of inability to fulfil the Customer’s order due to the lack of any item from the order, the Customer will be informed immediately. If the customer agrees, the order will be processed without missing items. Otherwise, the order will not be processed and – when the prepayment has been made – the entire amount received will be returned to the Customer.
6 Orders in the store will not be carried out in the case of an incorrectly filled order form, or in the case of providing incomplete personal data, including incorrect or incomplete delivery address of goods.
IV Payment and Delivery
1 The online store www.wow.boutique allows you to make electronic payments for ordered products via an external payment system offered by Paypal.
2 The delivery of ordered goods takes place on the territory of European Union countries.
3 The customer has the right to check, in the presence of an employee of the courier company, whether the parcel is not damaged and whether the delivered goods comply with the order.
4 Select your shipping destination from the list of countries on the cart Delivery to display the available options and charges
5 The cost of delivery by courier with delivery in EU countries is 0.00 euro for all orders.
V Product quality
1 We guarantee that every product is made of high quality materials and fabrics made in Italy by skilled personnel.
2 Please mind that the hand made production process and hand painting of many products may imply small irregularities and imperfections which shall not be considered as a defect.
VI Defects of ordered goods
1 Every product is carefully selected and checked by www.wow.boutique staff before shipping it to customer.
2 In case of receiving a defected product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the procedure in the paragraph VII below. We will make our best to change your defected goods to new product free from defects or refund your money.

VII Terms of complaints about goods
1 Complaints – notification of non-conformity of the purchased goods with the contract – will be considered on the basis of generally applicable provisions in the Republic of Poland.
2 The basis for accepting a complaint is:
– filling out the complaint form with a description of the defect (click to download the complaint form) and sending it to the e-mail address email@example.com
– after approval of the complaint, the representative of WOW Sp. z o.o. will inform in writing about the address to which the returned product should be returned together with the attached purchase confirmation and a copy of the complaint form.
3 The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission.
4 If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or exchanged for a new one and will be sent back to the customer’s address at the cost of the store. At the time when the advertised goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the store will refund the customer to the bank account indicated by him.
VIII Exchange and return of products
1 If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with providing us a given notice.
2 Return of the purchased goods is possible within 21 days of receiving the shipment by the customer.
3 The exchange of goods for a different size / model is possible up to 21 days after the delivery by the customer.
4 In the case of exchange or return

The customer sends the goods back at his own cost to the correspondence address: WOW Sp. z o.o. ul. Osmańczyka 16a / 15 01-494 Warsaw. In the case of replacement, re-shipment after replacement is at the expense of the store.
5 The package with the return must be accompanied by the statement of withdrawal from the contract together with the bank account number for the refund and a copy of the completed return form.
6 The package with the goods for exchange should be accompanied by information on which product is to be exchanged.
7 In the case of exchange or return the goods should be returned in their original condition, unused, in the original box with all accessories included. If the goods bear traces of use, they will not be accepted. Goods should be sent back immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the notification of the intention to return or exchange.
IX Final Provisions
1 In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the generally applicable law, especially the Poland Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176) and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000 item 271).
2. Any dispute will be resolved in the court of Warsaw
3 In the event of a change in the a/m Regulations, orders placed before the date of making changes to these Regulations will be implemented on the basis of the rules in force prior to the introduction of exchanges.
